Trip Signup Guidelines — 6/24/2024

Are you ready for an exciting OC trip filled with adventure and fun? Here’s a simple guide on how to sign up and secure your spot for the trip:

 

– Start by visiting the website and downloading the application form.

– Fill out the application with all the necessary details.

– Email the completed application to the Trip leader along with a copy of your membership card and Passport (if required)

– Make your deposit payment via PayPal. Remember, you don’t need a PayPal account to process the transaction. You can do it as a guest.

 

– NEW – A deposit option to hold your spot is now $200, with the option to mail a check for the remaining amount directly to the trip leader. You have a choice of paying $750 by PayPal or a $200 hold your spot.  If you select the option for the $200 deposit via PayPal, then you must contact the trip leader by email to pay the balance of the deposit  via check within one week, or your spot on the trip will be cancelled and your initial $200 deposit will be refunded (less the handling fee).. This is for our western trips and European only

– If you fail to submit all the required documents and payment within the specified timeline, we won’t be able to hold your spot if someone else is ready to take it.

-We highly recommend getting Trip insurance for added peace of mind. It’s a good idea to purchase it when you make your initial deposit.  Prices tend to start at 7.25%

-If you prefer signing up in person, don’t forget to bring your completed application form along with you.
