Part of our 65th Anniversary celebration

Hello all of you Out of Control friends and family. Get ready for our OC picnic set for September 6th, 2025 at Rogers Memorial Park in Bolton Landing from 11am – 3pm. Details are being ironed out but I wanted to give all of you the chance to add it to your calendar now.

There is free parking for 45 spots in the park so you may want to car pool or you can park in town which is close to walk from to the pavilion. There are tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a beautiful beach, Kayak launch, public restrooms, public boat docks, a gazebo, and a pavilion that we will have for our picnic. There are picnic tables but we are asking that you bring a chair and a side dish to share. We are planning on the usual hamburgers, hot dogs and adding some marinated grilled chicken.

Bring your dancing shoes because Kate can’t have a party without music and dancing. There are always ants in the pants to shake out.

There will be a fee of $15 per member and $20 per guest.

Notes:

If you plan on launching a boat in Lake George and docking it at the public dock at Rogers Memorial Park please note that Norowals Marina is open from 8am to 5:30pm. There is a charge to launch.
