How to Sign Up for Ski Vacations

What to know before you get started…

  • You must be a current OC Ski Club member and have your membership card with you to register. NO exceptions.
  • Any member may sign up one additional member

How do I register for a trip?

You must sign up in person for ski trips at a ski club meeting.
Please note that there is online sign-up for ski trips BUT email or phone requests will not be honored. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may ask another member to sign up for you.

All trips open at 7:30 PM for members   

Quantities are limited and some trips sell out quickly—so get there early to ensure your spot!

If at 7:30 PM on opening night there are more people requesting the trip than the trip has spots, there will be a lottery.

What happens if the trip fills up before I am able to register?

Once a trip fills to contracted capacity, the trip leader will begin a wait list. Names will be added to the wait list on a first-come first-served basis. No deposit is necessary to hold your position on the wait list, but if a spot opens up and you are solicited from the wait list, then you must submit a completed sign-up and make any payments that are due within three days.

Payment

Payment of the first installation is required at the time you register. Payment must be made by cash or check or online. Subsequent payments must be made on or before the deadlines outlined in the trip details. Failure to make subsequent payments may result in the loss of your spot and potential forfeiture of any payments you may have already paid.

Guests

Ski trips are a valuable member benefit, and therefore only OC club members may take part in the Club’s ski trips. If a non-member wants to join a ski trip, they may sign up to become a member and then register for the trip once they receive their card. Or another option is to pay the $5 per day membership fee, for each day of the trip.

What happens when you sign up online?

In order to complete your online sign-up, you must submit your payment, application and terms and condition document. Once we receive all completed, then your name will be transferred to the registration roster.
