Mont Tremblant February 2026 Ski Trip Review
March 8-13, 2026
Trip Included: Four night stay at the slope side ski in ski out
Thirty-nine OC‘ers traveled to Canada to ski Mont Tremblant this year. This drive up trip allowed for some to add on visits pre and post, either visiting friends, touring or course skiing. The Residence Inn in heart of the village, was wonderful as always… except for the few unexpected tower rooms, which were easily remedied. Upon arrival, quests received a welcome bag, beautifully designed by our VP Trips Lynda Heaney, along with drink coupons and treats. Well, most did, and as is OC, we patiently corrected a few discrepancies… what would life be like without a glitch here and there. We also enjoyed a breakfast buffet each morning, and the hot tub in the afternoon.
The Welcome Party on Sunday at Le P’tit Caribou gave everyone a chance to have a drink, some food, relax after the drive up, and meet some new friends. Monday morning the entire mountain was open with mostly spring conditions, with good coverage and warm weather, and Tuesday was equally nice. Wednesday the mountain closed because of a forecast 40 mm ice storm, which thankfully missed us. When the mountain reopened on Thursday there was still plenty of good skiing to finish the week.
This trip leader is most grateful to Peggy Morehouse for her leadership in planning and executing an afternoon Trivia party to keep us all entertained when the mountain was closed.. We all had a great time, with plenty of food and drink. Thanks to Patty Morrison for her game – focused on contributions of woman. Our group dinner on Monday was at our favorite Lucielle’s. Delicious three course meal with lovely service, and just next door. There were so many options for gatherings for meals throughout the week and a few went to the local casino.
We’re looking forward to returning next year.
