What a week! Our OCers truly lived life to the fullest on this unforgettable ski trip. We were welcomed by eight inches of fresh snowfall, setting the perfect stage for days of blue skies, adventure, and laughter. Beyond the slopes, our group embraced every opportunity for fun and connection.Side trips included a visit to Frisco for some adventurous rattlesnake sausage at a German pub and a memorable barbecue dinner sleigh ride in Breckenridge—complete with a few unexpected local transportation adventures. Some of us danced the night away to live music, while others explored Copper for unique dining experiences. The Copper Village pub crawl was a hit, with karaoke performances that won over the crowd. One of the highlights was a fantastic group dinner at Black Diamond, where we celebrated Mike Koutelis’s birthday with dessert and a glowing candle. The week was packed with laughter and fellowship, from a spirited game night featuring*Cards Against Humanity* to a thrilling scavenger hunt with hidden items to find scattered across the mountain. Though we weren’t without a few bumps and bruises, our OC spirit shined through as everyone rallied to support and care for each other. While skiing was a major part of the trip, it was the energy, positivity, and friendships that made it truly special. Many of us arrived as strangers but left as friends, proving once again that the OC Ski Club is something extraordinary. Until next time—cheers to another incredible adventure!
