SUNDAY RIVER 2025 will be opening via PayPal on July 15. The sign-up form will be on the website by that day and should be fillable so that you can complete it and email it to sundayriver@ocskiclub.org. IF you cannot do that, then you can print it, fill it in, scan it and email it, or send it by snail mail to Eileen – please use the contact info on the bottom of the sign-up form (email address, or text) to request the mailing address. You can also mail the form with your check if you do not use PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: As there is only 1 meeting each month July/August/September and 1 mid-month Happy Hour, mailing to the OC PO Box is NOT recommended. Tom and Eileen may not be at each meeting, or at the monthly Happy Hours to get the mail or do in-person sign-ups, so we will not get the forms quickly if mailed to the club address. Eileen will be at the August 1st meeting but not September 5th (Tom may be there, not sure?). Both will be at meetings beginning in October.
YOU MUST complete the sign-up form, AND pay the $200 deposit, TO BE OFFICIALLY signed up because the room choices are based on first come/first served. The numbers of each room type are limited, and some room types will be popular and fill up fast. Please read the room descriptions on the sign-up form, and even look them up on the Sunday River website, before choosing the room type for you and your roommate(s). We request that you do not contact Sunday River directly. We will relay your requests to Sunday River regarding room location or proximity to your friends and do our best to see that you are accommodated, but we cannot guarantee anything.
This year they are offering discounted lift tickets for 3 days, 4 days or 5 days. If you are purchasing tickets, we will be given a code specifically for our group to use (probably not until December) and you will purchase your own, online, on the Sunday River website. We know several people have had issues with the website. The earlier you purchase your tickets, the less likely an issue will occur, but their Customer Service can help. We are asking that ALL Lift tickets be purchased by JANUARY 30th, 2025.
