Come learn about types of ski injuries and how to prevent them with Kelly Chang\, a physical therapist and avid skier. Once deficiencies have been identified\, a program of corrective exercises can be developed with the goal of preventing injuries. OC business news & announcements are typically done around 7:30 to 8:00 depending on the what the President’s schedule is that evening. \nWe occasionally hold Happy Hour (off-site) “meetings” at various establishments throughout town.
