DESCRIPTION:Nordic Gear Sale and Swap \nCapital Region Nordic Alliance (CRNA) is selling some of their Nordic equipment at a vast discount. Russ Meyer\, President\, will be on hand to organize this event. If you are interested\, you can email Russ at russmyer08@gmail.com in advance so he can have something ready for you. Please note payment by CASH or CHECK or VENMO only\, we can not process credit cards. \nThe inventory of Rossi EVO touring skis (166\,176\, 186\, 196)\, adjustable CRNA US Ski Poles and Rossi combi boots and various classic boots from the inventory we will have on hand. \nPoles $35\, Skis $35\, Boots $40. Buy a package and pay just $100. All proceeds\, 100%\,  go directly to our programming for veterans\, adults and youth with visual & Mobility disabilities in the Capital Region and beyond. CRNA has received a sizable inventory of donated skis for those we serve with disabilities or sell to support our programming.  We will bring these skis as well. Selling them between 5-10 dollars. if bindings need to be switched the OC/CASTA Nordic friend will pay for the binding swap\, no labor charged\, just a donation to CRNA\,  any amount gladly appreciated \nWe also encourage our OC members to bring any XC equipment they would like to sell or swap. Please note the OC Ski Club will not be handling any transactions. Come learn about types of ski injuries and how to prevent them with Kelly Chang\, a physical therapist and avid skier. Once deficiencies have been identified\, a program of corrective exercises can be developed with the goal of preventing injuries. SUMMARY:Summer Volleyball 6's Tuesdays
DESCRIPTION:Competitive and Recreational 6’s\nTwo teams per net\, with a minimum of one female on court at all times. \nHow Our League Works\n\nLeague play runs every Monday and Tuesday night from May to September.\nUSA Volleyball rules are in effect with some exceptions (i.e.\, we will not be using the indoor net rules).\nAll players must be OC members in good standing (i.e. membership is up-to-date). Substitute players are allowed\, however players that have not paid OC membership fees must pay a guest fee of $5 and sign an insurance waiver for each night of play.
