DESCRIPTION:OC Ski Club – Winter Schedule of weekly “EVENTS” This week we have one of our four monthly clinics! \nHere is a Clinic Schedule handout \n\n\n\nFunctional Movement Screen aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during fundamental movement patterns\, where the patterns are given a numerical score. Once deficiencies have been identified\, a program of corrective exercises can be developed with the goal of preventing injuries. For those who wish to participate in the test\, wear gym clothes. \nConducted by Brian Mieczkowski – OC Snowsports School Technical Director  \nThe clinic starts at 5:30. Only 15 spots available. All are welcome to watch the clinic.
