DESCRIPTION:OC Ski Club – OC regular weekly meeting winter schedule \nMonthly OC Clinic #3 – Conditioning & Preventing Ski Injuries \nThis Clinic starts at 6:00 pm at the PCC \nHere is a Clinic Schedule handout \n\n\n\nInjuries and wear and tear on the knees and other weight bearing joints are unfortunately common among skiers. Come learn about types of ski injuries and how to prevent them with Kelly Chang\, a physical therapist and avid skier. The clinic will include 15-20 minutes of education followed by a strength and conditioning circuit designed specifically for skiers to build strength and prevent injury.\n\n\n\nThe OC Ski Club regular meetings are held at the Polish Community Center in Albany on Washington Ave Ext. The meeting start at 6:30 where you can meet with committee persons to conduct any activity you are looking to do. The bar is also opens at 6:30. OC business news & announcements are typically done around 7:30 to 8:00 depending on the what the President’s schedule is that evening. \nPlease Note: NO outside beverages are allowed to be brought into the PCC (including bottled water).
