DESCRIPTION:OC Ski Club – Winter Schedule of weekly “EVENTS” This week we have one of our four monthly clinics! \nHere is a Clinic Schedule handout \n\n\n\nFunctional Movement Screen aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during fundamental movement patterns\, where the patterns are given a numerical score. Once deficiencies have been identified\, a program of corrective exercises can be developed with the goal of preventing injuries. For those who wish to participate in the test\, wear gym clothes. \nConducted by Brian Mieczkowski – OC Snowsports School Technical Director  \nThe clinic starts at 5:30. Only 15 spots available. All are welcome to watch the clinic. Very informative. \n\n\n\nTesting will be limited\, sign up at a meeting or contact Jeff Kenton at skiinstruction@ocskiclub.org for more information. \nThe OC Ski Club event/meetings are held at the Polish Community Center in Albany on Washington Ave Ext. The event typically start at 6:30. The bar is also opens at 6:30. OC business news & announcements are typically done around 7:30 to 8:00 depending on the what the President’s schedule is that evening. But you coming for the FUN! \nAlso committee persons will be at the events so you can check out Ski Trips\, Bus days\, renew your membership plus any other item you need from your Ski Club.  \nPlease Note: NO outside beverages are allowed to be brought into the PCC (including bottled water).
